The format is aimed primarily at local business users, from tradesmen and shops, to entertainment and eateries and giving a dull directory a face-lift. Our business model is aimed at building a network of hybrid, evolving, web page e-mags via ‘sole-trader / self employed’ style people who are looking to add to their income streams and then move forward with a potentially saleable business.

Build and provide your working pages at a cost of £150 ex vat pcm.

Maintain your site for the first 6 months to allow you to grow with the new business.

Offer guidance, help and support throughout the working relationship.

Provide opportunities of revenue streams, where applicable, with no commitment for you to accept.

You will . . .

Maintain the format as set up to ensure brand uniformity.

Make payments in accordance with the agreement.

Agree to maintain the agreement for a minimum 12 months, ensuring investment by both parties is safe guarded.

The new format would expect us to see a fairly rapid growth and we will be offering additional revenue streams via sign-ups, web design, regional and UK promotions . . .
